​Custom Orders and Final Sale Policy

​All products are custom-made to your exact specifications.

 

Because each order is built specifically for your home, all orders are considered final and non-refundable once production has begun.

 

    •    Orders cannot be canceled once materials are cut or production has started

    •    Custom products cannot be returned or resold

    •    All selections, measurements, and specifications are approved prior to order submission

 

Much like a custom suit, once fabrication begins, the product is made specifically for you.

Repairs, Replacements, and Resolution

We stand behind our work and take care of our clients.

 

If an issue arises, we will work with you to resolve it through repair or replacement when appropriate.

 

    •    Manufacturer defects

    •    Installation-related concerns

    •    Product functionality issues

 

Our goal is always to make sure the final result is right.

 

Measurements and Installation

 

All products are professionally measured and installed.

 

Due to the nature of custom window treatments, slight variations may occur and are considered industry standard.

 

    •    Final measurements are confirmed prior to ordering

    •    Installation is completed based on site conditions

    •    Minor gaps, light filtering, or alignment variations may occur and are not considered defects

 

Final approval of all specifications is the responsibility of the client prior to order placement.

 

Pricing and Orders

 

Estimates are based on the information available at the time of quoting.

 

Changes to product selections, measurements, or project scope may result in adjusted pricing.

 

    •    Orders are processed after approval and deposit

    •    Pricing may change if scope or selections change

    •    Once submitted for production, changes may not be possible

 

Limitation of Liability

 

Metro Shades and Blinds of North Texas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use or installation of products.

 

    •    Delays outside of our control

    •    Manufacturer-related delays or defects

    •    Loss of use or access

 

Changes to Terms

 

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law

 

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Use of Cookies - We do not currently use Cookies.
